I\'m having a heck of a time with the bolts unscrewing from the unequal switchplate rib forces. It\'s designed to want to unscrew itself because the inner rib moves under the bolt slower than the outer rib.

I like Cutter\'s set screw in the bolt, I didn\'t see it in the prints.

Have you considered a removable thread locking compound?

Make them with Left hand thread. That is what I did and it solved the problem.

clean the threads good and use blue lock tite. I cut 2 small flats to use a wrench on the caps

Used the blue Loctite and hand tightened, it worked great.
Had to get into one of the bolts and it came apart nicely using two collets to hold it.
