Got the swivel made for the most part and also got the gun mounted on it. It pivots latterally and horizontally really easy for a 130 pound gun. The gun was too barrel heavy so I had to remove the trunnions and move them ahead 5-3/4\" to make it ballanced.

Nice work Jim! Did you ever get your stuff brass plated? Did you do it or did you send it out?

Mr. Jarhead,

I’ve been following your build all year and had
some doubts in the beginning but soon realized
the talent and enthusiasm you brought to the hobby.
    GREAT JOB
       Thanks for the show

I finally got my brass plating back! Acme Plating from Montrose CO did a FANTASTIC job! Here are a few pictures of it. My picture taking doesn\'t do the brass justice.

You\'re very creative!  You seem like you could make a bulldozer from a beer can.

Epps, Acme Plating from Montrose CO did the work for me and they did a FANTASTIC job! It cost me 125 bucks shipping and all. I couldn\'t have been more pleased with the results. Their phone number is 970-249-8996.

Shred and Gatguy, thanks for the compliment. It\'s a fun project but sure a pain in the ass/wallet. LOL!! i just hope I can get some vids this weekend but looks like cold and rain in the forcast.
