old style extractors help

Does anyone have a wire EDM that could cut my extractors. I have them machined out of O1 tool steel I just need need them cut apart.

Not seeing them makes this only a guess but what is wrong with just using a slitting saw in the mill?

The saw was my alternative, just thought if someone had an EDM it would be easier for me.

New question, I made the extractors out of O1 tool steel, would there be an advantage to hardening them, the 1018 I tried before that I case hardened did not work so well. I was hoping these would hold up better.

I would HT them , keeps the sharp edge longer

I also made mine out of 01 and I simply flame hardened them by taking them up to cherry red, dunking them in Brownell
