bolt drawing

question on bolt on drawing 4821 there is a added hole note B what hole is drilled .093 dia x .300 deep also the hole on my drawing shows extractor hole .080 deep but says spring for it is 3/8 long. Do you drill deeper then drawing or do you cut spring to fit .080 hole

A 3/32 hole drilled .300 deep will do the trick.
using a .078 dia. spring by .375 long.
I have no .080 dia. on my print.
