Cutter,
Not sure what the parts are called that are mounted under the yoke. Are they your own design? or are they in the RGG prints? Looking good by the way. :)

Thanks lawman/Mike
It\'s a redesign made up from a few different models.
Under the Yoke is the pin/bolt for rotating held in
place with the elevator plate, then the tripod top plate.
I need to cut 3 more tripod tops, maybe next week.

Take care

I had to make a few changes to fit the drum on the Six, so I

decided to do it all over and make a clock spring version

with a misfire kicker.

Im just putting a edit here, Im out of files to finish this thread... Dave

Very interesting - a little hard to see exactly what\'s going on in the video. If you care to share more a picture or two or a drawing would be helpful.

The arm is screwed on a rotating spring drum.
I don\'t have detailed drawings, but this might help

The blanks are a little short and tend to fall out of the carrier
before there chambered. Tilting a little to the left helps.
Good enough till next month .

Awesome -- nice test run.

Good Luck on the finish up and wish that I was one of the special folks that are going to receive one.

Is the drum with the clock spring still only about 30 rounds?

I have yet to look it over closely but I have a thompson A3 model with a hundred round drum.   I wonder if the design could be  tweaked for a gatling?     (thompson A3 is the famous thompson tommy gun in .22LR, made by the same company, less than 500 were ever made)

It would sure be nice to have more rounds in a gatling considering how fast it can empty a magazine out.

BTW  love he video shooting the blanks,   the flames out the end remind me of the helicopter mini gun.

Sparky,
The drum holds 32 rounds, and I agree need more rounds.
For now, function over quantity.
I have quick change large capacity magazines started on the drawing board.
Those will be used on the Rat Gat.
The Thompson magazine sounds like a interesting project, let me know if I can help.

The thompson magazine is not a project, it is a factory mag that goes with the gun.  It is 22 long rifle, 100 round capacity.   I will take it apart and get some pics to post.   It should be interesting to see how they handle stacking up all those rimfire rounds without the rims interferring.
