Dave,

I used my small cnc it only has 6\" Y travel and the rotor is almost 8\"

I did half then rotated 180Â° located on tooling holes and finished.

Delrin, cuts like butter.

I machine a lot of white delron... The black (to me) doesnt seem to cut so well....

Interesting part about doing that piece in two halves on the mill.... So did you just stop it half way thru and flip it or did you do it in the programing? I\'d like to know more!

Interesting on the Lego piece too! Legos are awesome!

This is not the real-deal, but gives the basic strategy.

I\'ve assembled and disassembled the gun many times in the last

two years, and I know there\'s more to come. The separation of gears has saved a lot of time.

These barrel plates are made to accept stock Ruger barrels, and

v-block clamps.

I received more hardware today.

Hard to beat the price, 26 bucks for firing pin,

extractor with plunger & spring, and v-block barrel clamp with screws.

That\'s 126.00 per gat.

I made a mistake, should be 156.00 per gun.
26 bucks a barrel.
