I was sent some extra blanks from my65pan \"Thank You Sir!\"

I also received the CD of the 3D models today. Very nice 3D drawings there. Still haven\'t seen the plans yet, but I\'m sure they will be along shortly.

LOL!!

I figure that at 6 hours a days or 12 hours per weekend it is between 40 and 80 weekends.

Your mileage may vary.

Wow! That\'s the way to get started Matt! I\'ve been building mine with what I can scrounge along with a few material orders online. I\'m looking forward to seeing your builds come together.

That\'s just for scale reference only.......lol  Actually it was need to get into the packaging from Speedy Metals. My gosh, it took 2 brews just to get through the outer tape let alone the inside shrink wrap!

That\'ll work, you may want to put a plate of aluminum between the pan and the burners to avoid hotspots. I understand this helps avoid the solution getting all cloudy. Having said that, cloudy solution doesn\'t seem to affect the finish one way or the other.

Edit to add: I prefer to coat freshly parked parts in Cosmoline, this little can will last pretty much forever for the average guy. Small parts I just drop in and watch melt into the cosmoline while they\'re still hot, large parts I rub down with a rag dipped into the can.
