Dry fire testing.
I gave the Gatling Gun a couple turns of the crank and noticed I could not get the decocker function to work.  :(  The decocker switch went in and out but the gun locked up when decocked. The operation was smooth otherwise, with the crank turning bolts and firing pins cocking and releasing ok in the \'fire\' mode.
It turns out that when the decocker was pulled the (hammer) button head allen screws would just hit the cocking switch ring(only by about .010) and it stopped up the works.

So when you get to that point, if everything cocks and releases ok, but locks up when decocked check for dents or scuffs when the button head screws hit the ring. I Parkerized all the parts so it\'s easy to see interference problems as they wear off the black finish.

I matched the angle of the cam, to grind the leading edge of the switch plate for hammer screw clearance.
