A local trophy engraving outfit might be able to engrave an extra piece of 1/16 brass for a medallion. They can be further personalized, as most engravers have machines that do circular lettering. Here\'s mine(just one more piece of brass to polish out).  

1/16 brass is easy to \'put a curve to\' by squeezing in a vise over the proper diameter cylinder. I use a piece of 1/2  inch rubber to conform to the brass and pipe curve instead of making a female forming die.

I have (@work) a CNC with a 4th Axes that I can make my own medalian if there is a close up picture of it. Can someone post a clear pisture if theirs!
