Over the last couple weeks I got the bugs worked out. The leading edge of the cocking ring/hammer screw interference. And the bolt plugs unscrewing. Then the crank helical gear was meshing too close, and needed a bit more clearance.

Thanks cutter :roll: , so close to being done I opted for getting the thing test firing, over shopping for a HD video camera.
