Hinge pin mounting for stick magazine base

I looked and looked and looked  on drawing  48-23 for the second hinge pin block for the magazine base, but was unable to locate that feature. I need help on this one please!

The second hinge is a hole drilled into the front of the right hand breech casing side rail.

thank you. That appeared to be a logical place to put the aft end but is this shown on any of the prints? I looked at the print showing the side rail but unless I missed it, that print is silent in that regard.
