My interpretation of the drawing on 48-10 & 11 is that the 77 degrees was the intersection of the radial ray and the .125\" offset on the O.D.  I checked the degrees to the center of the 1\" cocking switch and it comes out to 83 degrees.  That is a good thing.

The 77° is the screw-up, it should not be on the print.
However, I agree with your interpretation as the radial point.
More clarity on 48-14 showing 15° below center line.

15° plus 77° = 92°   or   15° plus 83° = 98°   I like 98°
The 25° segment would be 10° above center line.

Thanks for posting those.  I can\'t wait till I get that far.  The water will be a little muddy until I start putting it all together.  I\'m having trouble getting anything done with the cold weather out in the shed.  Even in Georgia it\'s cold right now.  Have to keep oil on everything.  With cold comes condensation and rust.
