Here are a few of the engines that I made in the past. They all run on gas and some are glow plug fired and the others are ignition fired.

Bruski,
Are these sand castings ?
And, did you make the patterns ?
What other materials can you cast ?

Cutter, all of the chevy parts were machined from bar stock including the oil pan and valve covers. The chevy blocks started as 3 X 3 X 5 inch block of aluminum and then machined away everything that didn\'t look like a chevy small block. I had some drawings for the 1/4 scale chevy.
The Ford flat head engine (The Challenger) was made up of some castings for the heads, distributor housing, water pump and the block. Castings are available from Coles Power models. Then the camshaft, crankshaft and rods were all machined from bar stock.
